It's Harvest Wine Weekend in the North County, and everyone will be celebrating this abundant time of the year with events at wineries around the county.
At Castoro Cellars, we'll celebrate with food, music, and of course, great wines.
On Friday evening, October 16, we'll be experiencing a taste of  fall with specialty sausages and special-recipe mustards from Bon Temps Creole Cafe. Local singer-songwriter David Lynch will be performing his original compositions, backed by a trio of terrific musicians. Tickets for this event are $15 per person.
On Saturday and Sunday, October 17th and 18th, we'll be celebrating the wine harvest and crush by sampling wine fresh from our tanks, as well as barrel samples and new releases.
 You can purchase sweet or savory crepes from Lemoine Creperie, or check out the menu items from Templeton's own Pier 46 Seafood Market. You can also enjoy barbecued favorites from Wright Choice Barbecue. You'll also have a rare opportunity to see critically-acclaimed, up-and-coming locals The Johnny Starlings, who will be playing from noon to 4 pm on Saturday.
Plus - you'll get to experience wine-making on a hands-on (or would that be FEET-on?) basis with our GRAPE STOMP!
