Justin Perino

Justin pre­vi­ous­ly spent more than two decades at Scheid Fam­i­ly Wines in var­i­ous roles encom­pass­ing: vine­yard man­age­ment, pro­duc­tion sales, win­ery oper­a­tions, bot­tling and ware­hous­ing. His broad work expe­ri­ence and busi­ness acu­men has allowed him to devel­op a deep under­stand­ing of suc­cess­ful win­ery oper­a­tions. He has a strong net­work with­in the Cal­i­for­nia Wine Indus­try, as well as a deep under­stand­ing of the chal­lenges and oppor­tu­ni­ties fac­ing wineries.

Justin is active with­in his com­mu­ni­ty, cur­rent­ly serv­ing on the Dean’s Advi­so­ry Coun­cil for the Cal Poly Col­lege of Agri­cul­ture, Food & Envi­ron­men­tal Sci­ences. Pre­vi­ous­ly, he has served as Vice Chair of Almond Acres Char­ter Acad­e­my in Paso Rob­les, as well as Chair of the Paso Rob­les Parks & Recre­ation Advi­so­ry Commission. 

Justin grad­u­at­ed from The Uni­ver­si­ty of Ari­zona with a degree in Phys­i­ol­o­gy. He is also a Grad­u­ate of the Cal­i­for­nia Ag Lead­er­ship Pro­gram, Class 44

Justin has been a res­i­dent of Paso Rob­les for over 20 years where he lives with his fam­i­ly. When not busy keep­ing things run­ning smooth­ly at Cas­toro, he enjoys gar­den­ing, snow ski­ing and off-road­ing in his 1972 Toy­ota Land Cruiser.

Kelsey McClure

Kelsey moved to the Cen­tral Coast in 2014 to attend Cal Poly San Luis Obis­po, where she grad­u­at­ed with a B.S. in Wine & Viti­cul­ture in 2016.
