Cabernet Sauvignon Whale Rock 2013

This Cabernet Sauvignon' s aromas are wild berry, smoked cherries, dark cocoa, and violets.  The bright fruit is followed by a dense structure. Extended oak aging adds layers of vanilla chai spice and cedar box aromas.  It’s a broad shouldered wine, but the tannins are tamed and elegant. Enjoy with rich, hearty entrées or with your      favorite dark chocolate or aged cheese. Excellent for cellar aging.
